Lille has coached casual and competitive players at the Huntington Tennis Club and the Guyan Golf and Country Club in West Virginia, at the Paley Tennis Center in Wisconsin, and with The City of Irvine in California. She also held positions as a tennis club manager and league coach.

In her spare time, Lille likes to cook, play games with family and friends, watch movies, and swim.
